Do you ship within Mexico?
Yes. We ship domestically within Mexico using Tres Guerras, a trusted national logistics provider. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated individually based on the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipments are handled through DHL. Thanks to our DHL business account, we are able to offer discounted international shipping rates to our clients.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated individually after the order is confirmed. Rates depend on destination, size, weight, and the number of pieces ordered.
Clients ordering multiple pieces often benefit from reduced shipping costs, as items can be securely packed together into a single shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Domestic shipments within Mexico typically arrive sooner, while international shipments generally take 1–3 weeks, depending on customs processing and local carriers.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your shipment until delivery.
Do you handle customs and duties?
Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client. However, our shipping estimates include pre-calculated customs and duties whenever possible, so there are no surprises.
For shipments to the United States, we provide USMCA certificates of origin, which typically make eligible artisanal works exempt from duties or tariffs.
