Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Due to the unique, handmade, and often fragile nature of the works we sell—including ceramics, sculpture, textiles, prints, and other artisanal objects—we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
All pieces are professionally packed; however, Studio Rombo cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transit by the shipping carrier. In the event of damage, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide all necessary documentation to support the process.
