A tall vase by Felipe García with a full, rounded belly that narrows into a straight, open neck. A ring of clay spheres circles the shoulder, and smaller spheres lift the body off the table as feet.
Coated in red slip and burnished by hand before firing in a traditional kiln, the clay keeps a warm terracotta color and the fine horizontal lines of the burnishing.
