Hand-formed from clay of the Mixe highlands in Oaxaca, this two-handled vessel takes inspiration from the traditional bule gourd while gently echoing the figure of a woman in a flowing dress. Soft, organic contours and smoky surface blooms reveal an intimate firing process, where earth and flame leave their trace. The piece balances ancestral tradition with a sculptural, contemporary sensibility.
