All sales are final. Due to the fragile and unique nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All pieces are professionally packed; however, Studio Rombo cannot be held responsible for damages caused during transit by the shipping carrier. In the event of damage, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
