How do I place an order?
All orders at Studio Rombo are placed via direct contact. Once you inquire about a piece, we confirm availability, details, and shipping options before proceeding. This personalized approach allows us to ensure the safest packing method and the most accurate shipping quote for each order.
Why don’t you offer online checkout?
Many of the works we offer are one-of-a-kind, handmade, and often fragile. Shipping costs can vary significantly depending on size, weight, destination, and whether multiple pieces are ordered together. By handling orders directly, we are able to provide precise shipping estimates and, in many cases, help clients save by bundling several pieces into one shipment.
Are all the pieces one of a kind?
Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind or produced in very small series. Due to the handmade nature of the work, variations in size, color, and texture are natural and should be expected.
Can you reserve a piece for me?
Yes. We are happy to offer a 48-hour courtesy hold on a piece while you consider your final purchase decision. Please note that holds are subject to availability and confirmation.
