At Studio Rombo, we work with handmade, often fragile and one-of-a-kind pieces created by artists and artisans across Oaxaca, Mexico. Because of this, all orders are handled with special care and shipped using a customized shipping process rather than automatic checkout rates.

HOW SHIPPING WORKS

1. Order Inquiry & Confirmation
All purchases are made via direct contact. Once you inquire about one or more pieces, we confirm availability and details before proceeding. This allows us to carefully plan packaging and shipping based on the specific works selected.

2. Custom Shipping Quote
Shipping costs are calculated individually after the order is confirmed. Rates depend on destination, size, weight, and the number of pieces ordered.
Bundling multiple pieces into one shipment often results in significant savings, as items can be packed together securely and efficiently.

3. Domestic & International Shipping Partners

Mexico: We ship domestically within Mexico using Tres Guerras, a trusted freight and logistics provider.

International: We ship worldwide via DHL. Thanks to our DHL business account, we are able to offer discounted international shipping rates to our clients.
All shipments include professional packing and tracking.

4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times vary by destination. Domestic shipments within Mexico typically arrive faster, while international shipments generally take 1–3 weeks, depending on customs and local carriers. Once shipped, tracking information will be shared with you.

RETURNS & DAMAGES​
​
All sales are final.
Due to the unique, handmade, and often fragile nature of the works we sell—including ceramics, sculpture, textiles, prints, and other artisanal objects—we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All pieces are professionally packed with great care to minimize risk during transit. However, Studio Rombo cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier once the package has left our hands.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide all necessary documentation to support the process.
