The cost of shipping is included in the price. Masks are shipped from Brooklyn, NY and should arrive within a week of purchase. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the piece is shipped.

Each mask is unique and only one is held in stock at any point. If you are interested in a piece that has been sold, contact us and we will inform you of the estimated time for the artist to make a new one.
Returns
There are no returns unless the mask arrives damaged. Should that be the case, please send us photos of how it arrived.
Dimensions
Some masks are smaller than others. If you want to make sure that the mask will fit, send us a message with the dimension of the tip of your nose to the bottom of your chin and we will let you know if the mask will fit you.
